The record has been removed from the Arab Network For Human Rights Information site, but it remains elswhere in scant form (Euromed rights). I am convinced he is the same man, who is allegedly guilty of carrying out extreme abuses of political prisoners. The “doctor” Wael Mohammed’s Facebook origin is Egypt. If correct, he is a very dangerous man, and should certainly not be administering drugs to anyone.He worked at Tora prison in Egypt, before heading to NZ. tbc
