Sussex Police face fresh allegations of corruption today, after a telephone conversation between a suspect in a firearms and harassment case, is heard being solicited by a Sussex Police officer, into making a malicious and frivolous allegation of handling stolen goods, against thorn in the side of Sussex Police since 2012, Matt Taylor..
Confused transgender champion Paris Barrington from Peterborough, released a telephone conversation between him/herself and Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker and Northamptonshire PC Michael Clarke; during which damning evidence is presented, which shows Sussex Police going to all and any lengths, to bring a malicious prosecution against ex Royal Military Policeman Matt Taylor.
In one extract, we hear Paris talking to PC Michael Clarke;
“No, you called me and you told me you had my phone, listen this is what start all this off, you phoned me, not you personally, it was err, err, err DC Manford, he phoned me and he wanted to prosecute Matt Taylor, so I went along with it if I don’t get any agro, but you seem to be annoying me for some reason.”
From the extract above its clear that it was Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker, who contacted Paris Barrington, because he wanted to “prosecute Matt Taylor”, to which Paris Barrington agreed to go “along with”, if he didn’t get any “agro.”
Labelled a “Conspiracy Theorists,” by the Brighton and Hove News, and accused of regularly posting wild accusations about Sussex Police and other public figures on his blog and YouTube channel; Matt Taylor, 48 from Brighton, accuses Sussex Police of waging a course of conduct against him (and others including John Paterson and John Hoath), which amounts to serious harassment, stalking and intimidation.
Taylor contends that three events since September 2019, prove beyond doubt, that he’s been a victim of Sussex Police corruption, and even goes so far to make his wildest allegation to date, that a Reptilian Alien Satanic Sex Sect, is operating within the ranks of Sussex Police.
Arrested for Stalking a [Particular Individual]!
Taylor accuses Sussex Police of a premeditated and strategically planned arrest, to inflict maximum disruption, hurt, alarm and fear, upon his person, with the decision to arrest him on 22 March 2020, (on the eve of the Coronavirus lock-down) for a frivolous and malicious complaint of harassment, with the fear of violence, for posting a 30 second video clip on Youtube, 6 months previously..
Proof Sussex Police are out to Get Me, no matter what and how its done!
Proof is telephone conversations between Paris Barrington and Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker and Northamptonshire PC Michael Clarke; during which its provable that Sussex Police actively solicit Paris Barrington into making a frivolous and malicious criminal complaint against me, with the intention of arresting me, getting me in for an interview and then to be charged with handling stolen goods.
Sussex Police are Banged to Rights.
Probably the most damning evidence of corruption within Sussex Police, this damaging conversation between Paris Barrington and DC Andy Mountford-Laker, demonstrates the solicitation of Paris by Sussex Police to make a malicious allegation against Matt Taylor.
DC Mountford-Laker: My question to you Paris is, would you like to give a statement in relation to the theft of your phones and that fact that, arh, obviously, umm, Matthew Taylor had them because obviously I’d be looking to prosecute him for handling stolen goods, cos per-say, CM took them, stole them and then obviously Matthew Taylor ws aware, I appreciate you said he’ll give them back to you when he gets his phones back from the police, well it’s still handling stolen property. OK Paris, it’s up to you. From my point of view.
Paris Barrington: I know that Matt Taylor is a little bit of a naughty boy, but I don’t want to go down this avenue if it’s going to waste my time. I want to really annoy Matt Taylor because he told, he put out there live, that I’ve raped people and I’m not very impressed with that at all. All I’ve done was slagged him off because he had my phone.
DC Mountford-Laker: OK, I’m I’m, sorry I’m trying not to. My job as a police officer is to investigate crime.
Paris Barrington: Right.
DC Mountford-Laker: I am aware that a crime has taken place.
Paris Barrington: Yep.
DC Mountford-Laker: Because your phone has been stolen and then he’s obviously admitted to you online that he’s got your phones.
Paris Barrington: Yeah.
DC Mountford-Laker: Obviously you said they were stolen because I’ve seen your posts online, I’ve got a copy of it, I’ve uploaded it.
Paris Barrington: Right OK.
DC Mountford-Laker: Um, so, it wouldn’t be wasting your time because they’re stolen property.
Paris Barrington: Right.
DC Mountford-Laker: So I’ll have him in, interview him, arh about it, and he’ll be charged with a theft offence.
Paris Barrington: Yeah that’s a good idea.
Is Matt Taylor a paedophile?
In a shocking display of unprofessionalism, the above extract of a telephone conversation between Paris Barrington and DC Andy Mountford-Laker, (which was alleged to have taken place between 25-27 March 2020), reveals Paris asking a malicious question about Matt Taylor, which a serving police detective should have known better to answer, let alone describe it as “an interesting question.”
Paris Barrington: Yeah that’s a good idea. Can I ask you a question? I don’t know whether you, you, you are allowed to answer this or not but you are allowed to cough instead of saying yeah. Is he a paedophile?
Silence…
Paris Barrington: OK.
DC Mountford-Laker: It’s an interesting question and all I can say is that I am investigating unrelating matters to that, but it requires I examine his computers and phones and I don’t know what I’m going to find on them.
Paris Barrington: Oh right OK.
DC Mountford-Laker: I’m not investigating him for a sexual nature, but I don’t know, but also if he gets charged with something, it’ll be in the public arena.
Paris Barrington: Yeah OK I just wanted to ask that, I’m going to take that as ‘no’, at the moment but I can read between the lines.
Keep in mind that Matt Taylor had previously reported Paris Barrington to Sussex Police on two previous occasions, accusing him of harassment, doxing and doxing of his children’s address.

Centred around the alleged theft of two Apple i-phones, DC Andy Mountford-Laker breaks all principles of Law and Order, by stating a theft crime had been committed, without any investigation to determine whether a crime has been committed.
Desperate to prosecute Matt Taylor for anything and everything they can; Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker, rejected Clarice Gutmann’s claim that she had swapped her laptop for Paris’s iphones, and which she went onto give to Taylor.
In a statement, Clarice Gutmann gives her side of the story:
“I Clarice Gutmann while living in the U.K. was forced to move from my home I was living in in Durham UK because my Children’s father abandoned me. I am a part of a Group of people who are learning about Law and our rights called Global Jury. I let the group know that I need a place to stay temporarily until I could find a more permanent solution. I have prior been a Sunday school teacher for some 22 yrs. I Have had Federal and International Crimes and Violations committed against me and my 3 American by U.K. corporations and it’s Agencies and am Fighting back for Justice! Paris at time was a part of our Group and was pretending to be someone He is not. He had done some things that made us question his motives but He pretended he was a good person just wanting to help and wanted to prove himself to the team. A week after I went to stay I told Paris I needed a new phone. I traded a laptop I had because it was too big and bulky for me to carry around and I had no WiFi anyway so I traded it for his help and for two cheap little 30.00 pound I phones which he promised he was going to help me get factory reset but did not. I gave Matt the phones because I had no use for them as I was able to get a cheap phone off a Indian peddler from Sunderland afterwards before I went to Matts but I still had them and gave them to him for helping me when I had no one. Matt Taylor is an Amazing guy. He’s kind and smart and he was an Absolute Gentleman the whole 2 months I was there. He treated me like a Sister and I felt like family and safe in his home. I consider Matt a great and honest man and Friend. I wound up leaving Paris place because he was becoming very rude and violent because I suggested he use the men’s public shower room while his bathroom was getting fixed. Paris is not a good person; he is a gender confused person who has a strong background of Ritual Abuse. He has many physiological traits that are downright scary and he needs extreme medical treatment for. Many of Paris friends are apart of the Satanic Ritual Group who I have been working with certain individuals to expose. I am also aware that many of these such individuals who work with in our society even to the highest echelon and even more scary some of these such corrupt people work in your Police forces and more creating a conflict of interest for their Innocent victims such is Matt. I am writing this as a true testament of what I know to the best of my knowledge and I wish to stand in Correctness with no malice at all times. All rights reserved UCC-103 without Prejudice as does Matt. Matt has many witnesses to the many crimes committed against him and we are also Seeking Justice for Matt Taylor from the Corruption happening within your establishment. Like it or not taking one’s positions without a full proper right to jury is Robbery. Your thieves in power need to return all that belongs to Matt Taylor. You do not have a right to Rob him of his intellectual property because you do not like what he Rights or because someone gave him a faulty device. You do not get to treat him like a criminal without due process. If you want us to abide by the law we’ll you very well better also be abiding by those same very laws. I also suggest you all lear what is the true law which applies to man verses laws which need only apply to Corporations, Good day!
Sincerely CM Gutmann.”
Paris Admitting to Firearm Offences
In these two clips of a conversation with both PC Michael Clarke and DC Mountford-Laker, Paris confesses to be under investigation for firearm offences.
DC Andy Mountford-Laker joins Sussex Police Hall of Shame.
Set to join the ranks of the Sussex Police Hall of Shame, DC Andy Mountford-Laker demonstrates his complete lack of professionalism when he refers to a victim of crime, single mother of three, Kaley Einav as “stinky knickers.”
As one concerned citizen complained to the IOPC in relation to DC Mountford-Laker’s conduct:
“I am particularly offended by the conduct of DC Andy Mountford-Laker, when he referred to Kaley Einav as “stinky knickers.”
Paris Barrington is currently under investigation for firearm and harassment offences, against Kaley Einav, in which he has maliciously called her “stinky knickers,” which has brought her considerable alarm, distress and fear.
It is loathsome and disgusting that a serving Sussex Police Officer should use the same language, as the suspect alleged to have harassed her, in conversation, and illustrates to me, that DC Andy Mountford-Laker is not fit to be a police officer.
As you can hear at the 25 minute 8 second mark, DC Mountford-Laker actually applauds and congratulates Paris Barrington, concerning a tirade of abuse, which resulted in Kaley Einav (a single mother of three) reporting Paris Barrington for harassment.
DC Mountford-Laker: “Paris I have to say, I did nothing but laugh. It was an excellent arh arh.”
Paris Barrington: “Analogy.”
DC Mountford-Laker: “You mention a young lady I don’t know her full name, I think you referred to her as ‘stinky knickers.’
Paris Barrington: “Oh Kaley.”
DC Mountford-Laker: She may have taken a couple of phones that belonged to you. And then you mentioned a male party, who you suspected had your phone.”
Paris Barrington: “Yeah Matt Taylor.”
DC Mountford-Laker: “Arh there you are, as you like to call him, ‘Fat Matt’, which there again, I do quite like, sorry, sorry, I can’t help it.”

The officers were among 1,300 people arrested on suspicion of accessing or downloading indecent images of children – some as young as five – from US-based Internet sites.
Thirty-five men were arrested in London this morning as part of the investigation – codenamed Operation Ore – following raids on 45 addresses across the capital.
Of the 50 policemen identified, eight have been charged to date and the remainder bailed pending further inquiries. Scotland Yard said none of those arrested today was a policeman.
At a press conference at Scotland Yard today, Jim Gamble, assistant chief constable of the National Crime Squad, said he was not surprised at the number of police officers among the suspects.
“As police officers, we should expect to be held accountable,” he said.
“Fifty police officers have been identified and we are not hiding that fact. We want you to know about that to reassure you.
“Police officers are member of the communities that they serve and there will be good people and bad people in the police.”
Mr Gamble said the 50 officers were among 1,200 Britons who had been identified as “category one or two” suspects – those who posed the greatest potential risk to children.
In addition, 40 children nationwide – 28 of them in London – had been identified as being at risk of being abused and appropriate steps had been taken with other agencies to ensure that all the youngsters were safe.
Before today’s arrests, the Metropolitan Police had executed 75 warrants across the capital with 65 arrests and more than 130 computers seized.
Although 7,000 suspected users of “pay-per-view” child pornography sites based in the US were identified in Britain, Mr Gamble said the actual number of offenders would probably be lower, partly due to duplicates.
The Met’s Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Carole Howlett, said today’s raids represented the single largest operation of its kind mounted so far by the force.
She added: “Our priority so far has been to identify those individuals on the list that pose the greatest threat to children now.
“But this process is on-going … and it will continue after today, even though it is extremely resource intensive.”
Ms Howlett also announced that the Home Office had agreed to allocate an extra £500,000 to support further action as part of Operation Ore.
She said the money would be used to provide extra training in computer forensics for officers across the country and to buy more equipment for analysing computers seized.
Commenting on today’s operation, children’s charity NSPCC said it had been assisting the Met by responding to any emerging child protection matters.
Colin Turner, head of NSPCC’s specialist investigation service, said: “The arrests send out a strong warning to those that think they can remain anonymous and escape the law by using the Internet to trade in child abuse images.
“Behind these indecent, abusive images are real children who will have suffered immense damage and trauma.”
Operation Ore is the UK wing of a huge FBI operation which traced 250,000 paedophiles worldwide last year through credit card details used to pay for downloading child porn.
The names of British suspects were passed on by US investigators.
Suspects were traced through the Landslide web site – a gateway to an international collection of child pornography sites.
Thomas Reedy, who ran the web site and earned millions from it, is now serving several life sentences in the US.
Harsher sentences for police officers who commit crime “would be justifiable,” says anti-police corruption crusader Matt Taylor.

Matt Taylor flees to Hollywood to escape Jail
Matt Taylor, ex Royal Military Policeman and controversial writer, said any police officer who breaks the Law should be given ‘double’ the sentence of a civilian, who commits the same offence, “no ifs, no buts”.
“No ifs, no buts”
He made the remarks following the endless stream of police corruption stories hitting the newspaper headlines.
“It’s a trend for Sussex police officers to retire early to escape misconduct charges and retain their police pensions,” he said via his popular blog Mr.X Investigations.
The remark comes soon after the urgent meeting of Chief Constables, the first time the chief constables have ever come together outside of their usual quarterly meetings – discussing how frontline policing can be made safer.
MORE NEWS ON SUSSEX POLICE
Previously, police officers who retired early escaped misconduct charges, and kept their police pensions. This “trend” ended following a concerted effort by Sussex police to clean up their act, closing the loop-hole which allowed corrupt police officers from ‘getting away with it.’
To restore confidence in the police and send a clear signal that police corruption will not be tolerated, a new Law must be introduced that enshrines the rule that any police officer who abuses the trust and privileges bestowed upon them as a police officer, will serve double the sentence, of a civilian who committed the same crime.
‘Unacceptable’
In his first interview since being convicted of stalking and given a four month suspended sentence at the Royal Courts of Justice in London October 2018, Taylor said: “If you are a police officer and commit crime, you need to know you will go to prison and serve double the sentence of what a civilian will serve for committing the same crime.”
Matt Taylor – who is himself a victim of harassment and stalking by the Hoaxtead Research community, also sits on the management board of the Moai Power House company, which is launching the Moai Power Tidal project – creating endless tidal energy, using sea-bed tidal turbines located across the world.
A thorn in the side of Sussex police since standing as an Independent Police and Crime Commissioner in 2012, and an Independent Parliamentary candidate for Brighton Kemptown in 2015, Taylor added: “When we do catch police officers committing crimes, I think the sentencing needs to be reflective of the seriousness of the crime and abuse of such a privileged position. That a police officer tasked with protecting and serving the public, should then bring harm to the public, in favour of receiving an extra pay-packet from organized crime is despicable. How can any police officer justifiably arrest a drug dealer for peddling drugs, only to peddle drugs in their spare time. How can any police officer arrest a prostitute or even a rapist, when while on leave, they prostitute themselves and rape others while on duty?”
“Over the last few years, the number of Sussex officers retiring early to escape misconduct charges has risen exponentially, so much so that it turned into a trend,” he said.
Controversial writer and broadcaster Matt Taylor, who is the leader of the UK Moai King William IV Party, branded the increase of police corruption as “dangerously high, and very alarming”.

On Saturday, Martin Hewitt, the chair of the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC), called an urgent meeting for all chief constables, saying: “If we can’t protect our people, how can we protect the public?”
The summit to address epidemic police corruption, which is called to be held in early September, hopes to see the top officers address police corruption in their frontline officers. As part of the discussion Taylor will put forward the motion that, “if a police officer commits a crime, they need to know you will go to prison and serve double what a civilian will serve for committing the same crime”.
The Police Federation, which represents rank and file officers, has also been asked to give its input.
Although Taylor said it was important not to have “knee-jerk” reactions to events, he added: “Levels of police corruption are an increasing concern across the country and corruption within the rank and file of police officers have gone up”.
Matt Taylor, recently compared to the American pest control officer from Hollywood Florida, Richard Lopez, famous for his attempted assassination of the Icelandic musician Björk in 1996, (who recorded a video diary of himself talking about his plans over an eight month period, culminating in his video recorded suicide); is calling for a ‘Reboot,’ in how police corruption is addressed, suggested a nationwide roll out of the American based ‘Citizen’s on Patrol’ program, to fill the vacuum of 20,000 less police officers on the beat, combat crime and restore confidence in the police.
Meanwhile, in July, Sussex Police announced a former Sussex Police officer who warned 19-year-old Shana Grice for wasting police time, when she reported an assault by the man who would go on to murder her, has committed misconduct.
READ MORE: Shana Grice: Former Sussex Police officer found guilty of misconduct after 19-year-old’s murder
“PC Godfrey retired from the force in December 2017 so will face no further action”, the Sussex police spokesman said. PC Godfrey will retain his police pension because he was not found guilty of ‘Gross Misconduct’, as opposed to lesser charge of ‘Misconduct’.
Chief Constable Giles York of Sussex police – vice chair of the NPCC – told BBC Breakfast: “There is always a balance to be struck around how we equip our officers and still maintain that British piece of policing that is policing by consent.”
Resentment against the police is becoming more and more evident. Earlier this month, a police officer was stabbed in Leyton, east London, and two officers in Merseyside were attacked in separate incidents.
If the sexual conduct of anyone else, in any other organization in the UK, were on the same level of severity as Sussex police; they’d be on the Sex Registration List by now.
Its an acknowledged trend within Sussex police force, for police officers to quit before their hearings in order to escape misconduct charges.
Is that why their ex Chief Constable, Martin Richards retired early?
Sussex police are wide open to extortion by organised crime. No wonder the world famous crime writer Peter James, claims Brighton is the city of choice for crime lords to settle and raise their families.
Is it really too far a stretch of the imagination for a police officer’s private sexual perversion to be discovered by a criminal, and for that criminal to blackmail that officer; threatening him or her with exposure if they didn’t do exactly what they tell them to do?
From the list below; their choice of sexually perverted police officers is pretty extensive.
Sussex Police are wide open to Organised Crime Blackmail and Extortion
Chief Inspector Rob Leet and Sergeant Sarah Porter met for sexual liaisons while on duty, and have rightly been found guilty of gross misconduct and dismissed from the force.
They were found to have conducted a relationship while at work and misused the Sussex Police system to arrange their meetings.
This reminds me of Inspector Lee Lyons who rang 11 prostitutes in just one hour while on duty. Clearly Lyons was the force’s pimp, arranging prostitutes for his colleagues.
With moral at an all-time low level, isn’t it any wonder their police officers turned to sex to raise their spirits!
a personal opinion of a particular individual – “I’m furious with Sussex Police”
The pair exchanged more than 700 messages, including hidden text of a “graphic sexual nature” in emails and acronyms, and tried to hide the trysts from their colleague, the hearing was told.
Maintaining a trend in Sussex Police to retire early to escape misconduct charges, Leet quit the force last month, before he could face the allegations at a police misconduct hearing.
Throwing a 40-year-career between them down the drain, Both Leet and Porter denied having sex on duty between August 2015 and February 2017.
Leet (22 years in the police) is a married father-of-four and Porter (18 years in the police) has a daughter with her ex-husband, also a police officer.
Lying to cover up their tracks, Porter admitted kissing Leet but said it did not amount to sexual activity, while the disciplinary panel in Lewes, East Sussex, found the allegation was proved at the hearing, and amounted to gross misconduct.
Porter was present at the hearing, while Leet was absent.
Chairwoman Victoria Goodfellow said: “The public would be appalled to learn two police officers were found in sexual activity at a time when they were supposed to be protecting them and upholding the law.”
Announcing the dismissal, Ms Goodfellow told Porter: “Your actions are likely to have caused harm to the reputation of Sussex Police and the policing profession.
“Your actions were for sexual gratification. You used your operational independence to further your relationship with Chief Inspector Leet and concealed your relationship, although we accept you were led in this by Chief Inspector Leet.”
Porter was found to have failed to attend a fatal crash on 3 July 2017, when she was un-contactable for 10 minutes.
Leet was also found to have taken advantage of a domestic abuse victim, who was “potentially vulnerable” by having sex with her.
Someone is out to blackmail their current Chief Constable Giles York, but all mention of it has been erased from the internet.
Leet denied the accusations that he had developed an inappropriate relationship with a victim of crime while on duty, and denied the relationship with Porter.
At the hearing it was said Leet had an inappropriate relationship with the woman, referred to as Miss A, between November 2014 and January 2016, after meeting at a domestic abuse action group he chaired as a district commander.
Amy Clarke, representing Sussex Police, said what began as a friendship developed into a “sexual relationship which went on for some time”.
The pair met up while he was on duty, including at Miss A’s home, and exchanged messages of an “explicit sexual nature”, the panel was told.
Ms Clarke said: “Miss A is firmly of the belief that she was, in effect, taken advantage of by Mr Leet.
“There is also a clear gulf in power there. It should have been abundantly clear to Mr Leet that there was a potential vulnerability there that should not have been exploited.”
Ms Clarke said both Leet and Porter should be dismissed.
Porter returned to work in December 2017. Her lawyer Stephen Chippeck said she had faced an “agonising” wait for proceedings, as the allegations were made two-and-a-half years ago.
A letter from Chief Inspector Andy Gooch about Porter said: “I have found Police Sergeant Porter to be respectful and courteous throughout my own dealings with her.
“I have confidence in her ability and in her current performance.”
Mr Chippeck said Porter’s work involves “horrendous” duties in the road traffic unit.
The hearing was told she once received a certificate of congratulations and a humanitarian award for “putting herself in harm’s way” to rescue a man from the River Ouse, saving his life.
Mr Chippeck asked the panel to deal with her case in a “proportionate way” adding: “Allow her to continue to do the job she both loves and is good at.”

The Incompetence of Sussex Police is Staggering; and its costing YOU money!
Allow me to explain:
I got 69 votes on Independence Day – 7th of May 2015. That’s 69 votes, achieved without any leaflets being sent out to the 90,000 constituents in Brighton Kemptown.
That’s 69 votes without knocking on any doors, without being invited to any Argus Newspaper hustings and without any publicity by the Argus Newspaper.
I was the invisible candidate in the Brighton Kemptown 2015 General election, but yet I still got 69 votes.
The answer would be more than 690 votes; which just so happened to be the number of votes, Simon Kirby MP got more than Nancy Platts.
If my election office wasn’t sabotaged by thugs in association with Sussex police on the 15 January 2015, at best I could have won the election and at worse, Nancy Platts would have won the election.
Nancy Platts would have won the election and would have ran again in 2017, following Theresa may’s disastrous decision to call a snap general election.
In fact it would be fair to say that Nancy Platts would have won the 2017 Brighton Kemptown election, without any collusion by the Green Party and the UKIP Party, to meddle in Democracy.

Collusion to Corrupt the Course of Democracy Confirmed in Brighton Kemptown 2017 General Election
Following a professional and forensic investigation by Mr.X, as to whether there was any collusion between the Labour and Green parties, to manipulative Democracy, by ensuring any labour candidate chosen to stand in the Brighton Kemptown 2017 General Election, would be guaranteed victory, following the Green Party’s unilateral decision not to field a candidate, and advising all their members to vote Labour instead.
I asked this simple question to Labour’s Simon Burgess, Lloyd Russell-Moyles, and Green’s, Caroline Lucas.
HIV Positive Lloyd Russell-Moyles was the first to blast back in no uncertain terms;
Brighton’s Labour Party supremo, Simon Burgess was also quick to assure me that no communication had ever taken place between the Green and Labour Parties, in relation to their decision not to field a candidate in the Brighton Kemptown 2017 General Election.
“It wasn’t a conspiracy I can assure you. Labour did not take part in the Green decision to step down in Kemptown at all.”
“I’d like to offer you this opportunity to answer the question again, was there any communication between you, or anyone else in the Labour Party, with Caroline Lucas, or anyone from the Green Party, in relation to their decision not to field a candidate, effectively handing you the Brighton Kemptown constituency on a silver platter?”
“I am genuinely shocked, I expect better from you, how on earth could you claim such a thing. I made it very clear I had no idea, see below which is a direct quote from my reply;
I have no idea what conversations did or did not take place. It would be a breach of my contract to spend my time on such matters. I played no part in any Green Party decisions at the last General Election, at the time I was involved in the campaign to re-elect Peter Kyle for Labour in Hove and was not involved in any organising of the campaign in Brighton Kemptown. Since shortly after the General Election I have been employed as Lloyd’s constituency Office Manager which is a non-party role and therefore I am genuinely not in a position to know the answer, or to enquire about an answer to your question.
Please detract from making up stuff up when I was crystal clear. I’d be glad of an apology for what you made up about what i said and then published it on social media.
“Dear Matthew,
Many thanks for your message and questions. I certainly had conversations with a few Labour members and activists – and indeed the candidates – during the general election campaign about the Green party’s decision, yes.
The decision wasn’t mine to take, it was taken by the local Party. I supported their stance though and do not regret that the Green party was prepared to step back in this instance. There was overwhelming support for the decision and one of the conditions was that the Labour candidate would support a change in the voting system so we don’t have to have tactical voting in the future.
On whether or not such a decision constitutes meddling with democracy, I’d strongly disagree. No Party is required to stand, and in some seats the Greens simply cannot afford to do so, for example. The decision was taken transparently and if voters disapproved they could eg spoil their ballot paper. That said, I do think we have a deeply unfair voting system and have always advocated for first past the post being replaced with proportional representation. I want a system in which every vote counts and voters are not put in the position of potentially having to vote strategically.
Best wishes, Caroline”
Here we have Green Party deal-breaker, Caroline Lucas directly contradicting Labour’s Simon Burgess and Russell-Moyles insistence that no communication took place between them.
I submit that I have correctly and justifiably concluded that there has been collusion between the Labour Party and Green Party to meddle in Democracy; and that both Labour’s Burgess and Russell-Moyles have lied during this investigation.
Labour’s Simon Burgess – Profile/CV Analysis
No Collusion to Corrupt Democracy?
Dear Simon Burgess and Lloyd Russell-Moyles,
May I inquire whether you or anyone else within the Labour party, played any part in the Green Party’s decision not to field a candidate in the 2017 Brighton Kemptown General Election?
Many thanks for your time.

Dear Matthew,
Thank you for the email, the following could sound a bit defensive but it is a genuine fact that I have no idea what conversations did or did not take place.
All the best
Simon Burgess, Office Manager
Office of Lloyd Russell-Moyle MP for Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven
“It wasn’t a conspiracy I can assure you. Labour did not take part in the Green decision to step down in Kemptown at all. The local Green Party membership voted to stand down…. to unseat Simon Kirby. I have to admit that i was in the minority of Greens who voted against standing down….. I hated that the Greens didn’t stand a candidate. I did then vote for Lloyd as I believe in having the vote that I am entitled to and i was never going to vote Tory. So please do not think it was a conspiracy between Labour and the Greens … I can assure you that the Greens will NOT be standing down again any time soon, as Labour did not return the favour in any seats and continued to stand in Pavilion, where Caroline Lucas is a very good hard working left wing MP. Mind you saying that …it is always up to the membership, as we are the only party that is from the ground up…rather than top down like all other major parties.”
