Joe Miller, Brighton Kemptown 2019 Conservative Parliamentary Candidate

Baby faced Joe Miller is destined to score the lowest number of votes ever, for a Conservative candidate in the history of Brighton Kemptown elections.

Joe Miller is an embarrassment to the Conservative Party.

Mr Cumiskey

Moulsecoomb School Education Hustings

26 November 2019 – 6-7.30pm

I had the pleasure and good fortune to attend the Moulsecoomb School Education Hustings last night at the Moulsecoomb Primary School (MPS)

The Brexit Party candidate Graham Cushway, and the Green Party representative Hannah Clare, sitting in for MEP Alexandra Phillips (who was in Strasburg), were the first to arrive, followed by baby faced Conservative candidate Joe Miller who rocked up at 5.57pm, followed by the sitting MP for Brighton Kemptown, bad boy Lloyd Russell-Moyle (LRM) who made the hustings just in time, walking through the doors at approximately 5.59.55 seconds, with the last to arrive, 4 minutes late; Ben Thomas, the Lib Dem candidate.

At 6.05pm the panel were complete and sitting, with the chair, Craig Arden, from the National Education Union (NEU), kicking of proceeding, reminding the audience that this is an “Education Only” hustings.

First question:

“What will you do for the ‘Hands off Moulsecoomb’ campaign, if you become MP?

Joe Miller – Conservative Party

Having already ignited the wrath of the Moulsecoomb community by stating at a previous husting that MPS was failing it’s pupils, inexperienced Miller maintained his unfair and defiant stance, (causing a gasp of disbelief from the audience), when he repeated his mantra, “I think that the school should become an academy.”

“Well I think that the school should become an academy. I think for too long, (boos and jeers from the crowd), for too long the children at this school have been failed.”

‘How to lose an election and alienate your voters’ by Joe Miller!

“The outcomes for children is the most important thing,” he states, defiant in front of a hostile audience, passionate about rejecting the academy status currently being enforced upon them.

“Only academies will rise the standards,” he said against a further barrage of boos and jeers.

A stark difference to Labour Party’s Lloyd Russell-Moyle‘s (RLM) response, up next.

“I will continue to support you,” (which brought an immediate and rapturous round of applause from an audience fully aware of his support which has been shown since day one,) “I was at that public meeting we had here and actually I’m getting almost emotional thinking about it. It was a fantastic strength of feeling about the school here.”

Close to tears and filled with emotion, LRM was the first to articulate the feeling in the room towards Miller, “But I am actually quite surprised about Joe Miller, because the Conservative at the city council have taken a much more pragmatic approach to this. The Conservatives at the city council have decided to continue to support the parents in their ballot and they said they’ll support the parents on the outcome of that ballet. So I’m surprised that Joe has broken with his city councillors and decided to take a more extreme version that even the Conservatives in this city and I wonder if that’s because he’s had a phone call from head office in London saying that’s the position he has to take or not.”

With Miller shaking his head, LRM finished off, “But it’s rather bizarre!”

“You don’t mess with Moulsecoomb!”

Set to retain his position as the MP for Brighton Kemptown, LRM clearly understands the importance of following the community’s example, when it comes to community issues. He rightly stated, “You don’t mess with Mouslecoomb.”

LRM clearly recognized the level of passion and dedication in the Moulsecoomb community towards the academy threat, and as such is set to win the Brighton Kemptown Christmas General Election by a landslide.

The first to give his opinion on baby faced Miller’s statement, that MPS was failing it’s pupils, year 4 MPS teacher Mr Cumiskey said, “I find it highly offensive that you say we are failing our pupils.”

MPS Year 4 Teacher – Mr Cumiskey

“I am disgusted by your comments towards our school and teaching staff. You are wrong.”

Hannah Clare – The Green Party

“I’ve worked in an academy and know how bad they are.”

Graham Cushway – Brexit Party

“It should be up to the parents who decide if it wants academisation.”

Ben Thomas – Lib Dems

“This is something new to me!”

Acknowledging the Lib Dems were responsible for bringing in academies while in coalition with the Tories, Ben continued, “We admitted we didn’t get everything right.”

Getting used to hearing that from Lib Dem politicians, I for one am reluctant to trust in a political party, who readily confess to getting things wrong in the past, but assuring us to get it right in the future.

Hannah Clare – The Green Party

“It won’t happen!”

Graham Cushway – Brexit Party

“The key is democracy. 96% are against and that’s the end of the matter.”

Lloyd Russell-Moyle – Labour Party

“Academies have not been proved to improve school performance.”

“Fantasy politics.”

Joe Miller – Conservative Party

“It was Tony Blair who introduced academy and I praise him for it.”

Giving Miller credit where credit is due, and taking a leaf out of Prince Andrew’s book, Miller is standing firm in his belief that MPS is failing its pupils by reeling of a bagful of local statistics, compared nationally.

“So for example in the Key Stage One stats; Reading – 64% compared to 75% nationally. Writing – 49% compared to 69% nationally.”

Nasty party representative Miller wants the best for our pupils, but comes across as knowing better than the parents of MPS, as to how to get the best for the pupils.

With comments coming from the audience thick and fast, Warren Carter who’s on the MPS Governor Board and mentioned as one of the 100 most influential people in Brighton and Hove, said, “We’ve been financially crippled by the Tory government, and now you say academies is the answer.”

Mr Cumiskey shouts out, “tell him off, tell him off.”

“The issue of academies needs to be reviewed,” said Ben Thomas, to which Hannah Clare promised the Green’s would, “Increase funding by 4 billion a year.”

“Give Mouslecoomb a chance. Ofsted needs to give us a chance,” pleads a member from the audience.

“Personally I’m very offended by your arrogant,”  Cumiskey slams Miller, “You’ve wound me up!”

“You are trying to get a reaction from us, so we’ll write about you.”

“You were out of order.”

Miller comes across as knowing best, as he babbles shit for 10 minutes.

Local councillor Daniel Yates corrects Miller for an incorrect statement that he was leader of the council when something or another, did or didn’t happen!!!

Here we have LRM making the important distinction that money makes anything a success, not academies.

  • Academy + Money = Works
  • Academy + No Money = Fails

Falling back into the mantra of any politician, LRM promises, “Labour will give £5.5 billion above the Tories into education.”

Special Education Needs (SEN)

Concern from the parents and staff towards the ability of an academy run school to address the high-end needs of their pupils, MPS head Teacher let it be known in no uncertain terms, “Moulsecoomb has a voice but it isn’t being heard.”

Hannah Clare, “Greens will scrap Ofsted”, “it’s a very binary system and it needs to go.”

With a passionate speech by LRM, banging the table to drive home his point, “Sometimes the things we promise in manifesto do come true.”

Bold promises and bold plans from LRM.

“We aim to get rid of poverty.”

“Ofsted changes measurements and we get punished,” says Warren Carter.

“Joe is digging a few holes here,”-“Get the facts of the situation,” says Hannah Clare

Drawing to a close, aware of the promise to Headmaster Mr Sutton to finish on time, and acknowledging MPS high level of SEN’s, the next question went to the very heart of the unique situation facing MPS.

Moulsecoomb has a higher than normal quota of special needs pupils; how will you ensure it continues?

“I’m not up to answering your question,” confesses Graham Cushway.

A former pupil of an academy stood up at the back of the room and said, “academies would dump SEN children to ensure their figures don’t look bad.”

LRM reminds us, “Private school don’t get Ofsted’ed.”

Talking about anxiety and depression treatment, Ben Thomas adds, “I can afford it, but many people cannot.”

Nasty Party provocateur Joe Miller causes further uproar from the audience when he said, “Labour politician,” pointing to LRM, “has jumped on it as a bandwagon.”

Having reached the end of his tether, “I’m leaving because of you and your rudeness,” shouted Mr Cumiskey, storming out of the hustings in disgust at Miller.

A member of the audience lambasted Miller further, “You’re telling us we are all wrong, and you’re right.”

“Shame on you,” shouts another member of the audience.

Coming to the last question of the night:

How will you stop pupils coming to school hungry and not properly clothed?

LRM – “Free school meals and stop poverty”; to which got a healthy round of applause.

Graham Cushway – “Reform Universal Credit.”

Joe Miller – “Cutting income tax and raising the national living wage to £10 an hour.”

Ben Thomas – “Free school meals.”

Hannah Clare – “Increase personal income.”

A member of the audience summed up, “The Brexit Party have no policies.”

And finally onto the last )and most important) question of the evening, Why should we vote for you?

Baby faced Joe Miller, “I say what I believe. I may be wrong.”

Warmonger Graham Cushway, “I know more how to wage war, than I do about education.”

Hanna Clare, “Alexandra is in Strasburg voting and can’t be here. She will work so hard for you.”

Ben Thomas, “Devolution will be key.”

LRM, “Its an election about the future of our country. Labour have done it before and will do it again. Labour will leave no child behind. Vote Labour for hope.”

The clear winner of the evening (by a landslide) was LRM. While the obvious loser was Joe Miller.

  1. LRM:     For his support of MPS and as the sitting MP
  2. Hannah Clare:     For her support of MPS
  3. Cushway:     For being honest enough to admit he didn’t know enough
  4. Thomas:     A poor performance, left on the margins
  5. Miller:     Dug himself into a hole and alienated himself by his own arrogance

My prediction for the Brighton Kemptown Christmas general Election is that Lloyd Russell-Moyle will retain the Brighton Kemptown constituency with a landslide.

Baby faced and inexperienced Joe Miller will score the lowest number of votes of any Conservative candidate in a Brighton Kemptown general election.

Clearly out of this depth, Miller recounted a bizarre example of his experience of poverty, by telling us about the time he had to sleep in his mum’s bed when he was 12 years old, desperate to convince the audience that he was once poor.

As LRM mentioned at the start of the hustings, “it’s rather bizarre.”

Its been a week of high drama which ended in the death of my dear sweet pet called Ginger. A beautiful, kind, gorgeous and loving cat.

Rest in Peace dear Ginger

John Paterson

John Paterson was kidnapped by the State this week. He was on-route to the Ministry of Defense to deliver important papers containing irrefutable evidence of crimes by the State, and while passing GCHQ thought he’d pop in for a chat.

It didn’t quite go to plan because rather than having a polite chat with the spy chiefs, he was taken to Holborn Police station by two ministry of defense officers, where-after the was driven at high speed from Holborn to Eastbourne mental health facility, (the same one he was admitted to the last time he was caught up in a mental health fraud 02 July 2019).

Having touched base with :Andrew:Devine via the phone, all communications have since ceased, leaving us all to speculate on what’s happened to him next?

The Bodium ward John Paterson was being kept in, now report he’s no-longer there and that they aren’t allowed to divulge anymore information.

We are all worried sick and fear the worse. Though we do reassure ourselves that John Paterson is a formidable man on the path of righteousness and that ultimately God only gives us what we can handle and John is more than capable of handling this latest affray down the rabbit hole of State terrorism and corruption.

DC Duncan Lloyd and Ricky Dearman

Other events this week include taking one step closer to getting my computer equipment back from Sussex police and proving once and for all, Ricky Dearman is not a ‘Protected Witness,’ and Sussex police had no grounds to arrest me for allegedly breaking a fraudulent out of date court order.

Proof Ricky Dearman is NOT a “Protected Witness!”

On Wednesday of this week, I was fortunate enough to meet with two young trainee lawyers, volunteering their time under the CLOCK (Community Legal Outreach Collaboration Keele) initiative of providing assistance with legal aid, charitable and affordable legal services, family, divorce and separation, children’s arrangements and protection, domestic and sexual violence, housing and asylum matters.

The previous day, Tuesday, I had visited Brighton police station to demand my IT equipment back, in light of new information I’d received from Victoria West, who had made me aware of a judgement by Justice Pauffrey, which confirmed what I knew all along, that only the children in the Hampstead case are afforded ‘anonymity’. Not Ricky Dearman, as he and his cult followers had been insisting since 2014.

Proof Ricky Dearman is NOT a “Protected Witness!”

It was during this visit that I spoke with DC Duncan Lloyd, who assured me he would investigate my case and call me at 10.45 am the next day to “discuss” it further.

I managed to co-ordinate the meeting with CLOCK, to coincide his call.

Having made them aware of the situation, the two representatives from CLOCK, listened into my conversation with DC Lloyd, wherein, DC Lloyd asked me to send him the 19 March 2015 Justice Pauffley judgement, and that if he agreed it made the earlier judgement of 12 February 2015 null and void, would forward this new evidence to the CPS for their consideration, with the aim of stopping the investigation and returning my computer equipment.

We join the story by having a look at the email exchange this week between myself and DC Duncan Lloyd from Sussex police.

For the attention of DC Duncan Lloyd, Sussex Police

Thank you for taking the time to call me today.

You’ve asked me to send you the link to Justice Pauffley’s Judgement dated 19 March 2015. Please find the judgement attached as a PDF.

I am disappointed that you weren’t aware of this and will take you on your word that you will notify the CPS of this vital piece of information, which makes my arrest for breaching a null and void County Court Injunction, unlawful, legal, and in my opinion, an election sabotage and another example of police harassment against my person.

I wish to high-light five main points:

1. I was arrested on 23 September 2019 for breaking the Court Conditions (as above, of which we now know were null and void due to the 19 March 2015 judgement) and which the CPS have not chosen to pursue.
I visited the CPS 185 Building at the Seven Dials, and they confirmed that I have not committed a criminal offence and that I must go to the Family Courts, of which I have done and made contact with CLOCK, of which two representatives were present during our telephone conversation today.

2. On my release on the 23 September 2019, the reason for my arrested now changed from breaking a County Court Injunction, to Harassment – put in fear of violence.
And what is more laughable, (if it wasn’t so serious), is that you are claiming a comment I made in the heat of the moment, “I’m going to wring your neck Ricky Dearman,” as the evidence of my harassment- put in fear.
Its laughable because the comment was said, after two police officers, (PC Colin Read included), threatened to smash my door in with a battering ram. (Of which the whole episode was recorded live and is available to the public.)

Any jury would sympathize with a vulnerable adult, with adrenaline running through his veins, to make an off the cuff remark of wringing the neck, (delivered in a comical manner) of the person who just sent the police round, which the intention of ruining my day and seizing over £2000 worth of my computer equipment.

3. And of-course the biggest reason why I am innocent is that I said Ricky Dearman’s name in public (of which I have ever right to do) in relation to crimes being committed against myself, as chronicled in the following blogs on Mr.X Investigations.
As you are aware, harassment is not a crime in this case because as I was pursuing the detection and prevention of a crime against me.
As proved by my 21 June 2019 complaint at Brighton’s Police station.

4. My election campaign was sabotaged during the 2015 Brighton Kemptown General Election, when after David Neilson was attacked by two thugs on his doorstep, at our election office on South Coast road. David and I were arrested for attacking the thugs who attacked us.
A sustained intimidation campaign was waged against us and our election was lost.
The same is happening now. I’m claiming that Sussex police is using this malicious complaint by Ricky Dearman against me, to sabotage my 2019 General Election campaign.

5. Remember that Ricky Dearman made the same complaint of harassment against me in 2018, (of which I was arrested on 21 October 2018, where after my computer equipment was seized and held for 1 year.) NO CRIMINAL CHARGES WERE BROUGHT. So why are you again arresting me for the same offence, of which was investigated a year before and found that I had no case to answer.

I have got every right and reason to believe a satanic sect in operating within Sussex police.

You assured me and my friend, (CM- an American Big Sister operative, who is fully aware of this case and who has passed the information onto the FBI,) that you would investigate my case.

The fact that you weren’t aware of Justice Pauffrey’s 19 March 2015 judgement and that I reported Ricky Dearman to police on the 21 June 2019, demonstrates to me that you didn’t investigate my case as thoroughly as you could have.

Either-way, I’m grateful that you are now aware of my evidence and that you will pass this information onto the CPS as a matter of urgency.

To recap my 5 points:

1. The County Court Injunction which I was given on 9 Feb 2019 was null and void, because of the later 19 March 2015 Justice Pauffley judgement. Sussex police would have known about this, but harassed and threatened me with arrest, none-the-less.
2. The CPS dropped the charge of breaking the court injunction and are running with the charge of harassment- put in fear. This is joke.
3. I am not guilty of harassment because Ricky Dearman was conducting a criminal course of action against me, which I reported to Sussex police on 21 June 2019, but which they choose to take no further action.
4. This is political sabotage. My 2015 election campaign was sabotaged due to an illegal arrest and its happening again in the 2019 General election campaign.
5. Ricky Dearman made the same complaint against me in 2018, where I was found to have no case to answer. Why is Sussex police investigating me again, wasting police time? Remember Shana Grice RIP.

I trust I have made myself clear.

You have my number if you wish to clarify anything further.

As Greta Thunberg would say, “HOW DARE YOU!”

Matt Taylor

To which DC Duncan Lloyd replied:

Thank you for your email, can you please highlight in the document where the conditions are laid out, and I will then send this on to CPS.

To which I replied:

Oh come on Duncan, I’ve got a dying cat I need to get to the vets and an election to run.
I’ve got better things to do than do your job for you.
I’ve spelt it out on my blog.

Proof Ricky Dearman is NOT a “Protected Witness!” – Mr.X Investigations

By notifying me of this judgement you have proved that Ricky Dearman and Sussex police were lying when they insisted Dearman was a ‘Protected Witness,’ who no-one was allowed to name.

You’ve seized over £2000 state of the art computer equipment which is mine and I want it back.

You had no right handing me that paper work in February 2019 and you certainly had no right to arrest me on 23 September 2019.

I just want to be left alone to live my life and now I have you asking me to point out what you should be able to read yourself.

To which DC Lloyd replied:

Wow I’m honoured that you have researched me online, you clearly don’t have anything better to do.

As far as I could see on the order, what you sent to me did not include any specific mention of conditions. Please can you advise me where these conditions which you have brought to my attention are. I will then send it on to CPS. As you are aware of the changes in the order, this shouldn’t take long.

On 7 Nov 2019, at 12:27

Sussex police officers and detectives are thick as fuck at the best of times, though we must all make allowances due to the low moral within their ranks, and the pressure the whoile is in under to do more work, with less resources.

I wrote in shocked response:

Hang on Duncan, I haven’t researched you online? Where is that coming from?
I’m pointing out that PAUFFLEY only said the kids names must remain anonymous.
She names Ricky Dearman in a public document, so how can I be arrested for naming him in public?
And why do you say I researched you online. I haven’t. Why do you say that?
On 7 Nov 2019, at 12:43

To which he replied:

Apologies, I misunderstood. I will forward on the document you sent yesterday.
On 7 Nov 2019, at 12:48

To which I replied:

So you do agree I am right?
I’ve explained this to Lloyd Russell Moyles and he said I was right, but to keep silent.
This is a war of Good verses Evil and you know it.
Now how about a lift to the vets to save a dying cat….
On 7 Nov 2019, at 12:50

To which DC Lloyd never replied…….

I trust he’s done what he’s said he’s done and my computer equipment will be returned to me forthwith.

I want my computers back and a further £2 million for my troubles.

Christmas General Election – Wot Christmas General Election?

Due to the lack of credibility in the eyes of The Argus editor Mike Gilson, and a 30 day Facebook ban for sharing a Tommy Robinson video, I’ve come to the conclusion that my Christmas 2019 General Election has come to an end, even before its begun.

As I wrote by email to my friend, David Neilson:

“I’m giving up on politics. I’ve had enough of banging my head against a brick wall.
I’ve got zero credibility mate and as such will never be taken seriously.
ha ha!”

Knowing full well that I’ve launched my Christmas 2019 General Election campaign, the editor of The Argus, Brighton’s premier newspaper, Mike Gilson, took it on himself to omit me from the list of candidates for the Brighton Kemptown Christmas 2019 General Election.

General Election 2019: Who can I vote for in Brighton and Hove?

Mike Gilson did the same to me during the 2015 Brighton Kemptown General Election.

Ex Royal Military Policeman and convicted stalker Matt Taylor, has pulled out of the Brighton Kemptown 2019 General Election, saying Facebook’s 30 day ban, is the final nail in his general election campaign.

Found guilty of breaking Facebook’s Community Standards, for sharing a video of maverick political Tommy Robinson walking and talking past the Houses of Parliament, Taylor despondently says, “all chances of waging a successful social media election campaign has been lost.”

“All chances of waging a successful social media election campaign has been lost.”

Unable to appeal, Taylor’s words land on deaf ears:

“I am the parliamentary candidate for the UK Moai King William IV Party in Brighton Kemptown and this ban prevents being from waging a political social media campaign in the General Election.
When I shared the footage of Tommy Robinson walking past the Houses of Parliament, I didn’t know that it went against Community Standards.
I’ve read and understand the Community Standards and don’t understand how posting footage of Tommy Robinson walking and talking is a violation of anything.
It was already posted on Facebook and was being freely shared. Facebook allowed it to be shared on their platform, but yet you’ve banned me for sharing it?
It doesn’t make sense, unless you received a malicious report from the Hoaxtead Research community, who made this report, specifically to sabotage my social media election campaign.
This really isn’t fair and I am the victim in this instance.”

Zero Xredibilty

Told by The Argus chief crime reporter Emily Walker that he has “no credibility”, Taylor’s public exposure, in equal measure with the other Brighton Kemptown candidates, took a nose-dive, after The Argus, (under the editorial-ship of Mike Gilson) omitted him from the list of candidates in the article, ‘General Election 2019: Who can I vote for in Brighton and Hove?’

Lloyd Russell-Moyles, Joe Miller, Alexander Phillips, Ben Thomas, Graham Cushway, Bridget Fishleigh, Matt Taylor

The same happened to him in 2015, again under the editorial-ship of Mike Gilson.

The Argus – Travesty of Democracy

The Final Nail in the Coffin – The Straw that broke the camel’s back – STOP THE METAPHORS PLEASE!

As this leaked email from Matt Taylor to his friend David Neilson reveals:

“I’m giving up on politics. I’ve had enough of banging my head against a brick wall.
I’ve got zero credibility mate and as such will never be taken seriously.
ha ha!”

If Matt Taylor had no credibility, why has so much been done to silence him?

2015 General Election Campaign Sabotaged by a false arrest – Election campaign office forced to close-down
I never knew politics could be so dangerous

2019 General Election Campaign Sabotaged by a false arrest – £2000+ worth of computer equipment seized
Proof Ricky Dearman is not a ‘Protected Witness’

7 November 2019 – Omitted from the list of Brighton Kemptown parliamentary candidates in The Argus – Recalling the 2015 General Election when the editor of The Argus Mike Gilson did the same – Told by chief crime reporter Emily Walker that I’ve got “no credibility.”

8 November 2019 – Given a 30 day Facebook ban for sharing a video of Tommy Robinson walking and talking past the Houses of Parliament, preventing me from waging a successful social media election campaign.

“I’m tired of banging my head against a brick wall…”

Basing his assumptions of past experience, heart-crest-fallen Taylor predicts he’ll be excluded from all hustings and other election related events, which the other candidates would be invited to attend and participate.

“All I need to do now is tell John Wanoa the news….”
