A Full investigation in to Lewes District Council is required by an outside Police Force as members of members of Sussex Police Authority are known to have tried to stop Mr Neilsons civil legal against Winton investments which Mr Neilson won and proved in court harassment and attempted murder. After the case, Mr Neilson tried to report this plus other crimes to the then area Commander C. Pople who refused to see him.

The full story of Katrina Taylor’s murder and the cover up that followed.
How one man had to fight against some of the UK’s most powerful criminal organisations to try and get justice for Brighton’s most controversial unsolved murder.
318 Southcoast Road, Peacehaven
Between 10.30pm on 4th July and 3.30am 5th July, 1966, Karina Taylor was stabbed to death, by 5 stab wounds to her upper torso, with two puncturing her heart and causing death. The body of Katrina Taylor was found in the graveyard of St Nicholas Church, in the centre of Brighton, at 8.30am in the morning.
The 19-year-old mother of an eight month old daughter was a petty criminal and heroin user, who had just met up with her boyfriend Mattie Laurie and his friend John Cosham, to burgle the property of Neisha Williams.
Supporting a heroin addiction costing up to £200 a day, Katrina acted out as a lookout, while Neisha Williams was robbed of a number of electrical items. They even returned later to steal the washing machine, and set fire to the furniture.
This one act committed on 8 May 1996, would set into motion a turn of events which would eventually result in Katrina’s death, two month’s later on 4th July 1996.
She was spotted sitting on the steps of a Brighton seafront hotel by Simon Williams, the brother of Neisha WIlliams, who was burgled, who at the time was in his car with his girlfriend, Sarah Jackson.
According to eyewitnesses Simon stopped his car, got out, and Katrina ran into the hotel. The hotel’s manager recalls Katrina running in saying, “that black guy is going to kill me.”
Simon Williams entered the hotel and grabbed hold of Katrina, all the while Katrina pleading Simon not to hurt her. “Don’t hurt me, I know you’re going to hurt me.”
According to evidence given in court, both Katrina Taylor and Simon Williams arrived at 77 Centurion road in Brighton at about 6.15pm.
Katrina admitted to having sold Neisha’s stereo and admitted to have acted as a lookout, while her home was burgled.
Events were set to escalate and take on a more sinister turn.
There is no direct evidence to suggest what occurred between this time and the death of Katrina, only the killers of Karina knew what happened that fateful night.
We can only surmise that Katrina made a run for it. Waited for an opportunity to escape, and once it came she took it. She would have ran for the door and ran as fast as she could.
But with her killers in hot pursuit, she would have only reached the graveyard of St Nicholas church before being caught and murdered in cold blood.
Over the next 25 years, four people were charged with her murder. The trial was held at Lewes Crown Court in 1997. Two were found not guilty and two were found guilty. Those found guilty appealed on 15 Oct 1998 and got a retrial at the Old Bailey in London 1999.
No one has been found responsible for her murder.

Heralded a hero for discovering the murder weapon that killed Katrina Taylor, David ‘Joe’ Neilson, has since gone onto become a thorn in the side of Sussex Police, ignored by Aged Concern, and banned from reporting crimes against himself.
Sussex Police find themselves guilty of manslaughter following reports that SEVEN people died following contact with their police force in the past year.
The statistics from the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), show that across England and Wales, there were 206 deaths following police contact in 2019-20.
As reported in The Evening Argus, Sussex Police recorded one death in or following custody, three deaths believed to be suicide following release and three other deaths following contact with the force.
A force spokeswoman said: “It is right the actions of those involved are scrutinised to establish if there were any shortcomings and to identify if there are better ways of doing things to protect the public who come into contact with the police.”
The death in or following custody related to a man seen walking erratically in the middle of a busy dual carriageway. He was handcuffed but these were removed and first aid given when he suffered a medical episode and died in hospital. This was subject to an independent investigation by the IOPC and no misconduct was found.
Manslaughter is defined as the unjustifiable, inexcusable, and intentional killing of a human being without deliberation, premeditation, and malice. The unlawful killing of a human being without any deliberation, which may be involuntary, in the commission of a lawful act without due caution and circumspection.
Manslaughter is a distinct crime and is not considered a lesser degree of murder. The essential distinction between the two offences is that malice aforethought must be present for murder, whereas it must be absent for manslaughter. Manslaughter is not as serious a crime as murder. On the other hand, it is not a justifiable or excusable killing for which little or no punishment is imposed.
No criminal action will be taken against Sussex Police.

I recently watched a man on Youtube proudly declare the only good paedophile, is a dead paedophile!
Or is a good paedophile personified in the guise of Michael Dawson, who claims, (via his lawyer), he only spent 20 years as a Scout leader, as a “genuine desire to help the development of young boys,” rather than anything sexual.
Lawyer Kevin Light defending Dawson said, “My client refutes the suggestion of any sexual motivation, but rather a genuine desire to help the development of young boys.”
He added there have been no allegations made during his 20-year involvement with the Scouts.
Showing ‘no understanding’ of why his behaviour was wrong, Judge Shani Barnes spared Dawson an immediate prison sentence and instead told him to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and sessions with a sex offenders’ programme.
In a Sussex police sting, (along the lines of the ever-popular paedophile hunter rings, now springing up across the UK), Dawson was lead to believe he was meeting a 13-year-old boy for some kind of sexual contact.
When told the teenager’s age, Dawson replied, “I don’t mind if you don’t.”

A PERVERT cut holes in his vest to expose his nipples before going to meet a 13-year-old boy for sex.
Michael Dawson had contacted the boy, who he believed was a teenager, on the Grindr mobile phone dating app in Hove.
But the 54-year-old former Scout leader was in fact on his way to meet an undercover police officer who had set up a decoy account.
When asked if being 13 was a problem, Dawson replied: “I don’t mind if you don’t.”
Dawson tried to set up a meeting in George Street in Hove, but was arrested.
Then, while on bail for the first offence, he was back on Grindr approaching another police decoy account, this time for a 15-year-old boy.
Dawson claimed he only intended to go for a “drink” despite sending sexual suggestions to both and claimed he was “flattered” someone young would be attracted to him.
At Hove Crown Court Dawson admitted arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence and attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
A report by the probation service suggested the former Gatwick Airport security worker showed “no understanding” of why his behaviour was wrong.
But he was spared an immediate prison sentence and was instead told to complete unpaid work and sessions with a sex offenders’ programme.
Stuart Ellacott, prosecuting, said Dawson committed the first offences in February.
Dawson told the boy – in fact a police officer – that he would wear a vest with holes in it exposing his nipples.
He wanted to take the boy back to his home where “some form of sexual contact would have taken place”.
Kevin Light, defending, said Dawson had worked at Gatwick for more than 25 years as a security guard and had also been an assistant firefighter.
Dawson was also a Scout leader for 20 years but said his motivation was not sexual and said there have been no allegations made.
“My client refutes the suggestion and says he had a genuine desire to help the development of young boys,” Mr Light said.
The advocate said Dawson, of Wilbury Avenue, Hove, needed “help” from the sex offenders’ programme.
Judge Shani Barnes said: “You attempted to meet young boys for sexual encounters.”
The judge imposed a 20-month suspended prison sentence and told Dawson to complete sessions with the Horizon sex offenders’ programme and 40 hours of unpaid work.
She imposed a ten-year sexual harm prevention order restricting Dawson’s access to under 18s and put Dawson on the sex offenders register.

Sussex Police face fresh allegations of corruption today, after a telephone conversation between a suspect in a firearms and harassment case, is heard being solicited by a Sussex Police officer, into making a malicious and frivolous allegation of handling stolen goods, against thorn in the side of Sussex Police since 2012, Matt Taylor..
Confused transgender champion Paris Barrington from Peterborough, released a telephone conversation between him/herself and Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker and Northamptonshire PC Michael Clarke; during which damning evidence is presented, which shows Sussex Police going to all and any lengths, to bring a malicious prosecution against ex Royal Military Policeman Matt Taylor.
In one extract, we hear Paris talking to PC Michael Clarke;
“No, you called me and you told me you had my phone, listen this is what start all this off, you phoned me, not you personally, it was err, err, err DC Manford, he phoned me and he wanted to prosecute Matt Taylor, so I went along with it if I don’t get any agro, but you seem to be annoying me for some reason.”
From the extract above its clear that it was Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker, who contacted Paris Barrington, because he wanted to “prosecute Matt Taylor”, to which Paris Barrington agreed to go “along with”, if he didn’t get any “agro.”
Labelled a “Conspiracy Theorists,” by the Brighton and Hove News, and accused of regularly posting wild accusations about Sussex Police and other public figures on his blog and YouTube channel; Matt Taylor, 48 from Brighton, accuses Sussex Police of waging a course of conduct against him (and others including John Paterson and John Hoath), which amounts to serious harassment, stalking and intimidation.
Taylor contends that three events since September 2019, prove beyond doubt, that he’s been a victim of Sussex Police corruption, and even goes so far to make his wildest allegation to date, that a Reptilian Alien Satanic Sex Sect, is operating within the ranks of Sussex Police.

Probably the most damning evidence of corruption within Sussex Police, this damaging conversation between Paris Barrington and DC Andy Mountford-Laker, demonstrates the solicitation of Paris by Sussex Police to make a malicious allegation against Matt Taylor.
DC Mountford-Laker: My question to you Paris is, would you like to give a statement in relation to the theft of your phones and that fact that, arh, obviously, umm, Matthew Taylor had them because obviously I’d be looking to prosecute him for handling stolen goods, cos per-say, CM took them, stole them and then obviously Matthew Taylor ws aware, I appreciate you said he’ll give them back to you when he gets his phones back from the police, well it’s still handling stolen property. OK Paris, it’s up to you. From my point of view.
Paris Barrington: I know that Matt Taylor is a little bit of a naughty boy, but I don’t want to go down this avenue if it’s going to waste my time. I want to really annoy Matt Taylor because he told, he put out there live, that I’ve raped people and I’m not very impressed with that at all. All I’ve done was slagged him off because he had my phone.
DC Mountford-Laker: OK, I’m I’m, sorry I’m trying not to. My job as a police officer is to investigate crime.

Is Matt Taylor a paedophile?
In a shocking display of unprofessionalism, the above extract of a telephone conversation between Paris Barrington and DC Andy Mountford-Laker, (which was alleged to have taken place between 25-27 March 2020), reveals Paris asking a malicious question about Matt Taylor, which a serving police detective should have known better to answer, let alone describe it as “an interesting question.”
Paris Barrington: Yeah that’s a good idea. Can I ask you a question? I don’t know whether you, you, you are allowed to answer this or not but you are allowed to cough instead of saying yeah. Is he a paedophile?
Silence…
Paris Barrington: OK.
DC Mountford-Laker: It’s an interesting question and all I can say is that I am investigating unrelating matters to that, but it requires I examine his computers and phones and I don’t know what I’m going to find on them.
Paris Barrington: Oh right OK.
DC Mountford-Laker: I’m not investigating him for a sexual nature, but I don’t know, but also if he gets charged with something, it’ll be in the public arena.
Paris Barrington: Yeah OK I just wanted to ask that, I’m going to take that as ‘no’, at the moment but I can read between the lines.
Keep in mind that Matt Taylor had previously reported Paris Barrington to Sussex Police on two previous occasions, accusing him of harassment, doxing and doxing of his children’s address.

Centred around the alleged theft of two Apple i-phones, DC Andy Mountford-Laker breaks all principles of Law and Order, by stating a theft crime had been committed, without any investigation to determine whether a crime has been committed.
Desperate to prosecute Matt Taylor for anything and everything they can; Sussex Police DC Andy Mountford-Laker, rejected Clarice Gutmann’s claim that she had swapped her laptop for Paris’s iphones, and which she went onto give to Taylor.
In a statement, Clarice Gutmann gives her side of the story:
“I Clarice Gutmann while living in the U.K. was forced to move from my home I was living in in Durham UK because my Children’s father abandoned me. I am a part of a Group of people who are learning about Law and our rights called Global Jury. I let the group know that I need a place to stay temporarily until I could find a more permanent solution. I have prior been a Sunday school teacher for some 22 yrs. I Have had Federal and International Crimes and Violations committed against me and my 3 American by U.K. corporations and it’s Agencies and am Fighting back for Justice! Paris at time was a part of our Group and was pretending to be someone He is not. He had done some things that made us question his motives but He pretended he was a good person just wanting to help and wanted to prove himself to the team. A week after I went to stay I told Paris I needed a new phone. I traded a laptop I had because it was too big and bulky for me to carry around and I had no WiFi anyway so I traded it for his help and for two cheap little 30.00 pound I phones which he promised he was going to help me get factory reset but did not. I gave Matt the phones because I had no use for them as I was able to get a cheap phone off a Indian peddler from Sunderland afterwards before I went to Matts but I still had them and gave them to him for helping me when I had no one. Matt Taylor is an Amazing guy. He’s kind and smart and he was an Absolute Gentleman the whole 2 months I was there. He treated me like a Sister and I felt like family and safe in his home. I consider Matt a great and honest man and Friend. I wound up leaving Paris place because he was becoming very rude and violent because I suggested he use the men’s public shower room while his bathroom was getting fixed. Paris is not a good person; he is a gender confused person who has a strong background of Ritual Abuse. He has many physiological traits that are downright scary and he needs extreme medical treatment for. Many of Paris friends are apart of the Satanic Ritual Group who I have been working with certain individuals to expose. I am also aware that many of these such individuals who work with in our society even to the highest echelon and even more scary some of these such corrupt people work in your Police forces and more creating a conflict of interest for their Innocent victims such is Matt. Set to join the ranks of the Sussex Police Hall of Shame, DC Andy Mountford-Laker demonstrates his complete lack of professionalism when he refers to a victim of crime, single mother of three, Kaley Einav as “stinky knickers.”
As one concerned citizen complained to the IOPC in relation to DC Mountford-Laker’s conduct:
“I am particularly offended by the conduct of DC Andy Mountford-Laker, when he referred to Kaley Einav as “stinky knickers.”
Paris Barrington is currently under investigation for firearm and harassment offences, against Kaley Einav, in which he has maliciously called her “stinky knickers,” which has brought her considerable alarm, distress and fear.
It is loathsome and disgusting that a serving Sussex Police Officer should use the same language, as the suspect alleged to have harassed her, in conversation, and illustrates to me, that DC Andy Mountford-Laker is not fit to be a police officer.
As you can hear at the 25 minute 8 second mark, DC Mountford-Laker actually applauds and congratulates Paris Barrington, concerning a tirade of abuse, which resulted in Kaley Einav (a single mother of three) reporting Paris Barrington for harassment.
DC Mountford-Laker: “Paris I have to say, I did nothing but laugh. It was an excellent arh arh.”
Paris Barrington: “Analogy.”
DC Mountford-Laker: “You mention a young lady I don’t know her full name, I think you referred to her as ‘stinky knickers.’

Paul Whitehouse hit the headlines in 2001 following his resignation from his post, following the fatal shooting of James Ashley, 39, an unarmed man, who laid naked in his bed with his girlfriend, when he was shot and killed.
The then Home Secretary in Tony Blair’s government, David Blunkett, put pressure on Whitehouse to resign. He effectively invited the now defunct Sussex Police Authority, to dismiss Whitehouse if it wanted to restore public confidence in the county’s police force.
Retiring on a full pension; (a common trend among police officers who found themselves facing disciplinary action), Whitehouse maintained he had done nothing wrong, and that his police officers acting professionally, so much so that he promoted the two police officers after the event.
He said at the time, “I have done nothing wrong. I have behaved to the highest standards of integrity that I expect all my officers to have.”
James Ashley
Ashley was shot by a member of PC Chris Sherwood, a member of Sussex police Special Operations Unit, when it raided a flat in St Leonards, Hastings, in January 1998. Officers had been told that two men, probably armed, were in the flat with a large quantity of drugs.
Ashley, who had a conviction for manslaughter, was in bed with his girlfriend when the police broke in. He was shot when he apparently went to turn on a light.
PC Sherwood would later be acquitted of murder and manslaughter at the Old Bailey. Charges of criminal misconduct against four senior officers involved in planning the raid were also dropped.
The final straw appears to be Whitehouse’s subsequent decision to go ahead with the promotion of two of the officers and backdate their pay increases precipitated the events that led to his resignation. The move angered members of the police authority, who were not consulted. One source said it was the “final straw”.
Clearly defiant and insistent that he had done nothing wrong, Whitehouse said, “My integrity is my most important possession and to hear it called into question both hurts and angers me. I shall now carefully consider what action to take in respect of the scurrilous accusations that have been made against me.”
He questioned Mr Blunkett’s role and said, “politicians should avoid looking for scapegoats when faced with the consequences of fighting crime.”
“I hope he realizes that if he wants us to be firm in our fight against drugs then officers will have to make decisions that may have unfortunate consequences. It is essential in these circumstances that these officers are supported, providing they have acted with integrity themselves.”
It’s a shame that Whitehouse’s time in office ended in such disgrace, though allegations of cover-up and misconduct were also levelled against him and Sussex police, following the murder of 19 year old Katrina Taylor in 1996, and accused of ignoring corruption in Wealden District Council.

The fifth man is an alleged crime lord called Mark Slade, aka Marcel Sulc.
Simon Williams worked for Mark Slade by managing the post, deliveries and pick ups, from the property of 318 South Coast road, Peacehaven.
If David Neilson was called to give evidence, the jury would have heard that Mark Slade’s gang were using the flat above Mr Neilson, Top Flat, 318 Southcoast road, Peacehaven, East Sussex, for varying types of criminal activities from credit fraud and drugs.
According to Mr Neilson, Slade openly boasted of having a string of criminal convictions, including blackmail, deception, handling stolen goods, actual bodily hard, firearms, burglary and drug dealing.
Simon Williams worked for Slade as the ‘pick up man’, signing for goods delivered, and for answering the telephone.
Sussex Police have a history of targeting the elderly. If it isn’t a case of criminals dressing up as Sussex Police officers (of which they can buy the uniform from the Sussex Police EBay shop,) and defrauding elderly victims on their door-steps, its a case of Sussex police targeting concerned pensioners, based on malicious allegations, lies and here-say.

On the 15 January 2015, Joe was attacked at his home at 318a SouthCoast Road, Peacehaven. Joe recalls, that if it wasn’t for me coming to his rescue, he would have been killed on his door-step.
Joe called for the police, who turned up within minutes, spent 15 minutes laughing and joking with Joe’s attackers, before eventually knocking on Joe’s door, and arresting both him and I for attacking them!

“I heard a noise at the back of my flat and thought I had left my caravan unlocked. Going out I found it was locked, but I unlocked it to see where the noise had come from. Just as I opened the door I heard a noise behind me, as I turned around I was struck in the right eye three times blinding me. He punched me to my body before falling into my caravan. I was I think semi conscious. The man said “that’s from Brotherton don’t waste your time calling the police”. I must have passed out.”
“TOO FRIGHTENED TO CALL THE POLICE”
“I don’t know for how long I made it back in to my flat which I had left unlocked. Getting inside I collapsed on my bed, coming to around about 2 am. I had wet and crapped myself. I was in extreme pain and too frightened to call the Police. I did the best with my eye which was still bleeding then cleaned myself up taking pain killers and sleeping tablets I went back to bed.”
The new 1.8m high fence in question as pictured above, is the latest in a long line of incidents which abuse Mr. David Neilson’s human rights and further excludes and hides him from public life. Against all planning permission and against his consent, a 1.8m high wooden fence was erected, for what can only be surmised, is to cover up the information of police corruption which Mr. David Neilson had put up on his property.
“Coming to later that day I found a cut on my back and both knees where cut, the sight in my eye was OK. Looking back I believe the blows to this eye were done to blind me. The man was hidden behind the new fence.”
Who is Brotherton?
Who are the ‘Dark Forces’ at work in Sussex? Who would attack a disabled old aged pensioner?
The usual suspects are either Sussex Police or contractors attached to Sussex Police. Joe alleges that Sussex Police are in the pocket of a crime-lord called Mark Slade, based in Hastings but now thought to be somewhere in Bulgaria.
Mark Slade operated a number of security companies which acted as a front for drug dealing, credit fraud, theft and a variety of other serious crimes. Alarm bells should have sounded when looking at the names he used for his companies. Names such as Grim Limited, Grab-It Limited, Pure Profit Limited, Deadly Limited And F.U. Bigot Limited.
His crimes were so unique Parliament had to change the Laws to stop him. An amendment to the Theft Act 1968, was made in 1996 to outlaw the offence of ‘Obtaining a money transfer by deception’. Essentially he seized property owned by other people, using legal means through British courts, by repossessing flats for non-payment of nominal ground rents – usually of only around £50. The legal owners were powerless to stop him and Mark Slade went on to amass a multi-million pound fortune by repeating his scam on thousands of victims.

This is not the first time Joe has been attacked by members of Mark Slade’s gang. After the murder of Katrina Taylor, he was attacked in-side his flat, but bizarrely, Sussex Police arrested him instead of the thugs who attacked him. (As what happened again in 15 January 2015.) This sums up everything Joe has been through. This vicious attack is the latest in a long line of attacks and if it wasn’t for a higher power protecting him, (His Guardian Angel), Joe would be dead now.
Let these words sink in; Joe is too scared to return home because he fears he’ll be killed by Sussex Police.
No wonder their current Chief Constable, Giles York, is standing down in shame.
